Abstract: This study exposes Gender and SRH knowledge and behaviour changes in Adolescences studying at technology university of Yangon, Myanmar.Their experineces on taking unexpected roles for SRH are risky through SRH knowledge and gender power relation. Moreover, social values and cultures are barriers for adolescents to access SRH education and it makes them difficulties to use the SRH knowledge to be safe when adolescents are out of control of puberty change and live in poverty. Moreover, sexually repressive culture damage the women, especially young girls are under control of social values and guardian oppression. These cultures operate women to take decision power away from them and consequences are risky for their health and education in future. Less educated in SRH makes adolescents wrong choice to prefer the sexual information than the sexual education. Aftermath, they might face unsafe abortion or the reality of being early aged marriage and they might have to stop their education and work to support their family. This studies focus on gender power relation for their decisions of the problems of SRH behaviors by interviewing the students who are studying at Yangon technology universities at the age of 18 and 19. Adolescents especially students need proper SRH education as coping strategies for better life to continue their education and future dreams.
