Abstract: The School Lunch Program in Muang district and Kabcherng district, Surin Province in Thailand was studied and reviewed the performance of the School Lunch Program arrangement in caused of its implementation . Since the project called for collaborative efforts from the government agencies such as Off ice of National Primary Education Commission , the School Lunch Program is provided for improving the nutrition status of children in all over countries . Th is research is to examine the cause of success and failure of the School Lunch Program in term of accessibility, Students’ participation, community participation. It was discovered that accessibility and participation is influenced in success and failure of its program. Lastly, discussion for improvement were given, together with a suggestion of a appropriate model of the School Lunch Program.
