The findings reveal that the local market of Jaranwala town establishes strong socio-economic to its hinterland which are inversely proportional to the distance upto 18 miles. other linkages like technological , recreationally land administrative do exist, but they are not strong and on the basis of distance they do not hold good for the inverse proportional law due to the variation. of existing physical linkages. In addition to these linkages within the sub district the agricultural market establish a wider range of influence, extended upto other districts specifically for economic linkages through the city traders.
