Abstract: This study was concerned with farmers’ awareness towards a rational utilization of natural resources covering soil, forest, and water. The study aimed at the investigation of the problem dimensions in terms of farmers’ attitudes, cognition, interest, and willingness in relation to the management and conservation of these three natural resources. An attempt was also made to explant the observable causal factors determining the problems, and the relationship between the problems and farmers’ socio-economic background.
